Notorand is the Main Game Developer and the creator of Ninerift.

Notorand has a unique suit that is not available at Shop. ( and will never be available LOL )

This unique suit is based on Deathnote - in the character of "L Lawliet" in which he has bags under his eyes and has messy hair, wearing blue jeans and long sleeved white T-Shirt and actually he is barefooted.
